Shipping methods
Standard: With standard shipping, tracking is not guaranteed. Every shipment that we can safely store in an A4 envelope is sent as a letter without a tracking number. This allows the postman to deliver your goods even if you are not at home. Shipments that exceed this limit are sent as a small package or parcel and therefore also receive a tracking number.
Premium: If you choose the Premium shipping method (if available), you will always receive a tracking number to track your shipment, regardless of size and type of packaging. Posters are excluded from Premium shipping.
Express: With our fastest shipping method, Express, tracking is of course also guaranteed regardless of size and type of packaging.
