30-day exchange policy

You have the option to exchange your order within 30 days of the purchase date, regardless of whether the item does not fit, you do not like it, or for any other reason does not meet your expectations. The following options are available to you for returns:

• Exchange for another product
• Exchange for a voucher for your next order

A refund of the purchase price will only be made if there is a defect in the product.

Easy returns

Send us an email to ( info@countinglines.at ) with your order number, the reason for the return and whether you prefer an exchange or a voucher. If the product is faulty, please attach a photo of the defect.

Your return will usually be processed within 7 working days.

Who covers the return costs?

In the case of defective products, COUNTINGLINES will cover the return costs. In all other cases, the customer bears the shipping costs. Please always contact our customer service before returning an item. We can often find a solution together that avoids unnecessary returns - for the benefit of your time and the environment!
